Tips for choosing a lunch box

   PP plastic lunch box:

Non-toxic, tasteless, low density, strength, stiffness, hardness and heat resistance are better than low-pressure polyethylene, can be used at about 100 ℃. To distinguish disposable plastic lunch boxes, you can use one look, two touch, and three smell methods. The first thing to look at is whether there is manufacturer information, product model, QS logo and serial number on the lunch box. Secondly, it also depends on whether the surface of the lunch box is smooth, with impurities or black spots. Brightly colored lunch boxes may use waste plastic. Lunch boxes made with waste plastics or a large amount of industrial-grade calcium carbonate and talc are generally poor in strength. Qualified lunch boxes generally have no peculiar smell.

   Pulp lunch box:

The stiffness must be guaranteed, and the printing surface should be avoided on the food contact surface. Good pulp lunch boxes are hard and resilient, while inferior ones tend to become soft after being pinched and have no resilience. Some paper bowls look thicker. The surface uses food-grade base paper, but the middle layer uses recycled paper, cardboard paper, etc. It is recommended to tear it apart to see if the faulted surface is yellow or contains more impurities. If the paper product is too white or contains impurities, it is recommended not to use it. Do not use it if it produces a strange smell when pouring hot water into the lunch box. At present, the country has implemented production license management for some paper products. The QS mark and serial number should be marked on the product or packaging and instructions. The product use instruction or label should indicate the product use method, use precautions, use, use environment, and use Temperature and other content.
