Environmentally friendly disposable tableware gives you a healthy life

The disposable lunch boxes made of plastic are mainly PP polypropylene and P S polystyrene, which are non-toxic, tasteless and odorless. PP is softer. The temperature of ordinary PP is - 6 degrees to + 120 degrees. Therefore, it is especially suitable for filling hot meals. It can be heated in microwave oven or even steamed in steam cabinet. The temperature of modified PP can be controlled from - 18 degrees to + 110 degrees. The lunch boxes made of this kind of PP can be removed. It can be heated to 100 degrees and put into refrigerator for refrigeration. PS is hard and transparent, but easy to tear. PS starts to soften when the temperature reaches 75 degrees, so it is not suitable for hot meals. But PS has good low temperature performance and is the best packaging material for ice cream.

In order to reduce the cost, some lunch boxes use PP as boxes and PS as cover. The advantage is that the cover is transparent and PS is hard. It can be made of thin sheets to reduce the cost. But this kind of design requires consumers to understand the difference between the two kinds of information, and remember not to heat the whole box with cover in the microwave oven.

The cardboard fast food box is made of 300-350 grams of bleached kraft wood pulp and paperboard as raw materials, and through the stamping process similar to sheet metal processing, the process of die-cutting bonding, die-cutting pressing and setting is stopped. In order to avoid oil or water seepage, it is necessary to spray film or apply chemical additives on its surface. In the process of consumption and application, it is non-toxic and has no reaction to human body. However, the quality requirements for cardboard are higher, and the cost is also improved.

The edible fast food box with starch as raw material is made of starch plant as raw material, dietary fiber and other edible additives by stirring and kneading. It is refined by biological compounding, cross-linking of polysaccharides, calcium ion chelating, and has four parts: compact layer, inner waterproof layer, rubber mesh layer and outer waterproof layer.
